I dreamed I had cancer

Yesterday I heard of a friend of a friend that has advanced uterine cancer. Of course since I've been having weird dreams, things like this make an appearance in my head, so last night in my dreams it was me who had cancer. I was assisting in a back yard surgical procedure (not sure why it was being done in the back yard)and then the tables were turned and the doctor said they found something on me - my kidney was really lumpy and was visible looking at my back. I was very upset because I had no idea and panicking about the surgery I was about to have. Thank goodness I woke up.
